Arbor Acres Retirement Community located in Winston Salem, North Carolina broke ground July 7, 2021 for Aldersgate Square adding 56 apartments ranging from 1600 square feet to 2015 square feet. Senior Marketing Solutions has served in an advisory marketing consulting role since May 2019. Based on over a year of marketing research, marketing launched the expansion marketing plan in collaboration with M Creative a Winston Salem firm; rebranding inculded a new web site, marketing collaterals, print advertisement, direct mail campaign and digital marketing campaign.
January 2021 based on approval from North Carolina Department of Insurance (DOI) allowed conversion of $1,000 priority deposits to a 10% reservation deposits. In less than 90 days, 50% presales status was achieved meeting the DOI benchmark to start construction. Architectural design by SFCS located in Roanoke, Virginia and contractor Blum Construction located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. A marketing showroom provides viewing of model kitchen and profiles the wide array of interior finishes available. In June 2021, the Arbor Acres Board of Directors approved to move forward with construction. Estimated opening in 1st Quarter 2023.
