Sales Training

 

Senior Marketing Solutions provides sales training in three phases.

 

Basic to the sales training is a two-day, intensive training session conducted on site (we call this Phase I). Optional follow-up phases are available to ensure that you are meeting your sales goals and objectives.

 

Phase I will consist of a two-day, on-site, intensive training program that is specific to your field of senior housing. Training materials will be provided for future resource. Each day will consist of interactive sales training to enhance sales skills and provide sales tools specific to targeting your senior market. Each day will cover eight hours including a break for lunch.

 

Phase II is a one-day site visit within 30 to 60 days of the initial sales training. The purpose of this visit is to review sales data, observe several interviews with each marketing team member, and provide a verbal report to the CEO. Advice to enhance each marketing team member’s sales skills will be provided during the on-site review, and respective resources will be provided as appropriate to achieve improved sales.

 

Phase III incorporates a monthly review of sales data over a five-month period for monthly conference calls to the CEO and a second follow-up visit to observe sales. Phase III includes a one-day site visit, supplemental sales resources as appropriate, and an estimated twenty hours per month for weekly review of sales data and writing monthly conference reports/analysis for the CEO.
